Description
In a Crippled Lamb, a lamb who has always felt different and sad because of his black spots and his limp, feels his true worth when he is called upon to help keep the baby Jesus warm. In Alabaster's Song, a little angel high atop a Christmas tree, sings a song of a night long ago in Bethlehem when he witnessed a miracle. His song is heard by a little boy, but the music is soon lost amid the bustle of holiday activities as the boy grows older. Years later, when the boy has grown and has a family, Alabaster sings again.
