Description
In 1959, Locke City was a well established center of vice controlled by boss Royal Beaumont. Beaumont took the town by force many years ago and has held it ever since, but now his domain is being threatened by an invading crime syndicate. But in a town where crime and politics are virtually indivisible, there are other players vying for control including a neo-Nazi organization, an IRA unit and a Mafia family. No wonder the FBI has the whole town under surveillance, but someone is watching that agency too. Beaumont hires a killer, but an ivestigative reporter and the one clean Locke City cop may falter his game.
