Description
Mitch McDeere is young, bright, and ambitious. He had his pick of the big law firms, but he chose the Memphis tax firm of Bendini, Lambert & Locke. They pay outrageous salaries, have a turnover rate of zero, and are very selective. After he joins the firm, he discovers that it is owned and operated by the most powerful organized crime family in Chicago. Now he's caught between the FBI who want an informant, and the firm that could make him either very rich or very dead.
